| On June 19, 2025, CNMCC issued a public tender announcement for |
| the"Tailings Pond No. 10 Project of CNMCC. " Due to fewer than three |
| bidding companies, the first tender was declared unsuccessful. |
| Therefore, on July 1, 2025, a second public tender announcement was |
| issued for the same project. Based on the recommendation of the bid |
| evaluation committee, three winning candidates were shortlisted. |
