根據(jù)滬浦發(fā)改社〔2025〕308 號《關(guān)于航頭鎮(zhèn)PDS1-0201單元B2A-4地塊配套幼兒園新建工程項目建議書的批復(fù)》，擬實施航頭鎮(zhèn)PDS1-0201單元B2A-4地塊配套幼兒園新建工程，項目選址于航頭鎮(zhèn)PDS1-0201單元B2A-4地塊，東至鳴皋路，南至青沙路，西至B2A-1地塊，北至B2A-3 地塊，為B2A-1保障房配套幼兒園?？偨ㄖ娣e6884平方米，其中地上建筑面積4384平方米，地下建筑面積2500平方米。主要建設(shè)內(nèi)容包括：新建1棟幼兒園主樓，以及地下車庫、配電房、門衛(wèi)房等附屬設(shè)施，同步實施室外活動場地、道路、綠化、圍墻、管線等室外總體設(shè)施。

（二）在中介集市報名前1年內(nèi)存在2次記入一般不良誠信檔案行為的；

（三）在中介集市報名前2年內(nèi)存在1次記入嚴重不良誠信檔案行為的；

（四）在中介集市報名后中介服務(wù)合同簽訂前，存在記入一般或者嚴重不良誠信檔案行為的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.

（三）其他應(yīng)當回避的情形；
