Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:The Shanghai Pudong New Area Special Education School is located at 1890 Yushan Road. This project intends to select a qualified supplier through open bidding to provide nursing staff services for the Shanghai Pudong New Area Special Education School. (Please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements for details)

(b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）落實預留份額措施，提高中小企業(yè)在政府采購中的份額，扶持中小企業(yè)政策：本項目專門面向小微企業(yè)采購，評審時小微企業(yè)產(chǎn)品均不執(zhí)行價格折扣優(yōu)惠。（2）殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業(yè)。
(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:(1) Implement reserved quota measures, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support small and medium-sized enterprise policies: This project is specifically aimed at small and micro enterprises for procurement, and during the evaluation, small and micro enterprise products will not be subject to price discounts. (2) Welfare units for disabled people and treat them as small and micro enterprises.
(c)本項目的特定資格要求：（3）須系我國境內(nèi)依法設立的法人或非法人組織（本項目不接受分公司以自己名義參加采購活動）；
（4）本項目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
